Body expression constitutes a nonverbal language that allows the transmission of emotions and attitudes, becoming a fundamental tool for communication and learning. The study aimed to develop a system of body expression activities, based on an interdisciplinary and creative approach, for the inclusion of students residing in rural areas in physical education class. The research conducted adopted a mixed methodological design, which combined qualitative and quantitative techniques. The scope was descriptive-explanatory, which made it possible to identify the forms of body interaction and their contributions to the inclusion process. The system validation was carried out using a pre-experimental design. The final results of the body expression test and the comprehensive inclusion rubric reflected remarkable progress in the sixth-grade students of Basic General Education, demonstrating improvements in their overall development. Regarding the degree of inclusion, most managed to actively integrate within the group. These results confirm the effectiveness of the body expression activity system, although they highlight the need for differentiated strategies to achieve an inclusive process relevant to the rural context, promoting the integration of all students.
