Pedagogical intervention in physical education for students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) requires professionals in this area to consider premises that ensure the success of expectations given the heterogeneity of abilities, needs, and functionality of these students. The study posed the following objective: to develop cooperative games based on an inclusive-integrative approach, which allows improving motor coordination in students with ADHD in physical education. The research is non-experimental through a case study, with a descriptive scope and qualitative approach. Structured observation, interviews with the physical education teacher and documentary review were used as empirical methods, and triangulation as a technique. The sample was a parallel ninth-grade group represented by 17 students, three of them diagnosed with ADHD, from a private school in Pedernales, Ecuador. By designing and intervening with cooperative game systems, we achieve qualitative leaps in the cognitive assimilation of the coordination abilities of students with ADHD, as well as changes in the behavior expressed during participation in recreational activities.
