Integration of values education into the Bachelor's degree program in Physical Culture at the University of Artemisa

This research diagnosed the perception of values education in the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Culture at the University of Artemisa. Through surveys of students and teachers, a gap was identified between the discipline's formative potential and its explicit curricular implementation. While teachers recognize high potential, student perception of its contribution is medium-low, and teacher self-assessment of their implementation is predominantly medium. As a solution, the curricular module "Values in Motion" was designed and validated using the Delphi method. The proposal, structured around eight fundamental values (patriotism, responsibility, honesty, justice, diligence, perseverance, solidarity, and humanism) and axes of professional ethics and social role, was rated as highly relevant and feasible. It is concluded that the module constitutes a valid pedagogical instrument to systematize citizenship education, transforming it from an implicit component to a central and evaluable one in the curriculum. A pilot implementation and corresponding teacher training are recommended.
